A Service call fee is a fee that is associated with the time and travel to diagnose, inspect and provide expert recommendations.

LP lines & Fittings, Regulators, Tanks and Hoses.

Rubber Roofs, Metal Siding,Windows, Doors, Molding, Roof Vents, Awnings.

Annual RV inspections. New/Used RV buyer 101 & Inspections.

Remove and bypass fresh water filters
Drain the fresh water holding tank
Drain the water heater
locate & open the low point drain lines
By-pass the water heater (if not equipped, one can be installed for a fee)
Pump RV Antifreeze into the RV lines
Release line pressure
Pour antifreeze down each drain & into the toilet
Inspect for weather tightness
Winterize icemaker & washing machines, Additional $40.
If a water pump converter kit is not present one can beinstalled for a fee.
Draining & Flushing the gray & black holding tanks are the responsibility of the owner.
